Pork Souvlaki Skewers 1kg (RAW) PANTRY Shred the chicken and addouvlaki (skewered meat) is a very popular Cypriot meal, often featured as part of a BBQ spread. The pork souvlaki is cut, pre marinated and skewered ready for you to cook. We use a prime cut of pork which is juicy and tender. The seasoning includes Greek oregano and thyme. To cook them you may light the BBQ and place them on a grill over hot charcoals. Otherwise you may pan fry them with some oil on medium high heat, for about 3 4min on each side.
